"Very disappointing experience. The staff here don’t seem to have proper knowledge of their own work. They appear to be making excuses instead of providing genuine service. I got my bike serviced on Saturday, 25th October 2025, and right after the service, it started making an annoying sound. When I went back to get it checked, the team didn’t even try to identify the actual problem. They just tied a belt and said it was fixed. On top of that, they blamed me instead of inspecting the issue properly. Totally unprofessional and unsatisfactory service. I would not recommend this place unless they improve their staff training and customer handling."
